![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I am only posting this to, hopefully, save someone else the time and frustration of figuring this out. Then, suddenly, the idea just came to try "Game Capture." I figured "why not try" and voila, it worked! So, I eventually just gave up, figured I wouldn't be able to use Splashtop, and tried some other remote access software (Teamviewer, etc.). The only way I could get OBS to show what was on Splashtop was if I used "Display Capture," which was not exactly the best solution.Īfter a bit of Google searching and looking through the OBS forums, I did not find any solutions to this problem posted. BUT, when I added Splashtop using "Window Capture," the output would just be black and would not show what was actually been shown on Splashtop. Basically, I am using Splashtop to remotely view another computer on my network, and I wanted to include the Splashtop window in my OBS stream. This was probably more of a headache to figure out than it needed to be. When they see 'TeamViewer', thats when theyll peek at your screen and see you on. Theyll see that you opened the program TeamViewer, and that you remotely connected to a PC. The will have a record of everything you do, every keystroke you make, etc. Select the Splashtop window from the "Window" drop-down list openaidbh said: Yes, they can view your screen without any nifty notifications popping up. Set "Mode" to "Capture Specific Window"ģ. Use "Game Capture" instead of "Window Capture"Ģ. Splashtop SOS has 50 reviews and a rating of 4.8 / 5 stars vs TeamViewer which has 10683 reviews and a rating of 4.63 / 5 stars. ![]()
